Responsible Gambling

Play with limits

Wincrown Casino is for adults only (18+). Set deposit and time limits before you play, and treat every stake as entertainment spend.

Tools

Use account controls for deposit caps, session reminders and cool-off periods. Self-exclusion is available when you need a longer break.

Warning signs

Stop if gambling stops being entertainment or affects finances, work or relationships. Chasing losses is a signal to step away, not to raise stakes.

Help

Use the platform tools and local support resources available for players in Australia. Contact in-account support if you need help enabling limits or exclusion.
